These terms and conditions are adopted by all clients of CEC Minicabs and will apply to all Private Hire as arranged on the customer’s behalf through CEC Minicabs These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement concerning the arrangements of CEC Minicabs (between you and, CEC Minicabs such that CEC Minicabs act as your agent) and the subsequent provision (making the provision of a booking) of an Airport Transfer, local or Long Distance service (“Service”) between CEC Minicabs (on your behalf) and their clients. Completion of the booking form and use of the service (whether by telephone, text, website, app or such other), indicates your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

Any changes sought by the customer; to the terms or conditions shall have no effect unless agreed in writing by CEC Minicabs.

CEC Minicabs is a Private hire Management Company and works on your behalf to make bookings with its clients to provide the customer a safe and reliable transport method. If you require a receipt for your journey, which has been paid by cash, you can obtain one from the main office, although the driver is self-employed (and acts as the principle) and therefore any receipt as provided will not be inclusive of VAT or have the same added.

“CEC Minicabs” means and is a trading name of CLAYHALL EXECUTIVE CARS LIMITED

1. Services Provided

We offer taxi services within the UK, principally in Ilford and the Greater London Area. Booking and payments can be made via our website or mobile app.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information when booking.
  • You must comply with local laws and regulations during the ride.

3. Content and Conduct

  • Users must not engage in illegal activities or submit harmful content via our platform.
  • We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content Moderation

  • Users can report illegal content or conduct via our Contact Us page / 020 8518 0000 ]. We will review and take appropriate action promptly.
  • Decisions on content removal will be communicated to the user, including reasons and how to appeal.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect and process personal data in compliance with GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Payment and Cancellation

  • Payments are processed through secure gateways. You may cancel a booking before the scheduled pickup.
  • Refunds are issued per our cancellation policy, the details of which are available upon request.
